The town of Chrisney is welcoming its second Habitat for Humanity house in as many years as Mickey Hoggard and her children helped break ground Monday, May 16, at the site of their future home. Members of Spencer County Habitat for Humanity came out in strength to help mark the occasion, along with representatives from American Electric Power, a key donor to the group’s latest home build on Locust Street.
