Spencer County Habitat is thrilled to be putting the finishing touches on a forever home for our 29th family!
Spencer County Habitat for Humanity is a local nonprofit dedicated to building safe, affordable homes for individuals and families who fall within 30–60% of the area median income. These are hardworking members of our community who typically do not qualify for conventional bank loans.
Our future homeowners invest sweat equity by working alongside volunteers to help build their homes. Once construction is complete, they purchase the home with an affordable mortgage—creating stability, equity, and a brighter future for their families.
As a nonprofit organization, Spencer County Habitat for Humanity relies on the generosity of our local community to continue building hope—one home at a time.
